Each user is permitted to hold only one account — any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Verification of the mobile number and email address provided at registration is mandatory, as these will be used for ongoing services and communications. It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential and not share it with any third party. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact the aec44 support team immediately and change your password.

Any financial losses arising from betting are borne solely by the user, and aec44 cannot be held responsible for them. aec44's liability for losses caused by third-party hacking, phishing, or fraud will be limited, though aec44 remains committed to maintaining the security of its own systems at all times. In any claim for compensation, the maximum liability shall not exceed the balance held in the relevant account.
Aec44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of terms, evidence of fraud, operation of multiple accounts, or receipt of a directive from legal authorities. Users will generally be notified by email before an account is closed, though immediate action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious violations. Any legitimately deposited funds at the time of closure will be returned following an investigation, but may be forfeited in cases of fraud or bonus abuse. Users may also request account closure at any time, which typically takes 3–5 business days to process.
All content published on the aec44 website and app — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and information — is protected under aec44's intellectual property rights. Users may view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only; copying, republishing, selling, or modifying any content is strictly prohibited. aec44's brand name, logos, or trademarks may not be used in any commercial campaign without prior written permission. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
